Berry Sauce

Serves: 12

Serving: 1 tablespoon

   2 cups fresh berries
   2 tablespoons agave
   1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

Berry Sauce is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.
Reserve 12 whole berries from 2 cups fresh or frozen, thawed berries and set aside for garnish if desired. Purée remainder in blender or food processor; sieve to remove seeds if desired. Combine purée with agave and grated orange peel.
