Agave Herb Barbecue Sauce/Marinade

Serves: 8

   1/2 cup agave
   1/2 cup onions, minced
   1/4 cup dry white wine
   1 tablespoon lemon juice
   1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried, crushed rosemary
   1 clove garlic, minced
   Salt and pepper to taste

Agave Herb Barbecue Sauce/Marinade is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Marinate chicken pieces 1/2 hour before barbecuing or broiling; brush with sauce during cooking.
