Agave-Balsamic Medallions Of Pork

   8 center-cut thick pork chops, boned and all visible fat trimmed
   1 egg
   1/2 cup sesame oil
   1 cup balsamic vinegar
   1/4 cup agave
   1 tablespoon steak sauce
   2 teaspoons salt
   1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
   Paprika, to taste
   Minced parsley, to taste

Arrange pork medallions in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. In small bowl, beat egg; add oil and beat again. Stir in vinegar, agave, steak sauce, salt and pepper. Using fiber brush, baste medallions with sauce. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender; turn and baste medallions every 15 minutes. Spread with any remaining sauce during last 15 minutes. Place on warmed platter. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley to taste.
